Why people come back

Small kitchen. Short menu. No shortcuts.

Kitchen

Everything over fire

One charcoal grill, no gas. It's slower and harder — and it's the reason the food tastes like this.

Wine

12 by the glass, every one tasted by us

Low-intervention bottles under $450, plus a few specials we only open on Fridays.

Price

Dinner for two, about $700

Three plates and two glasses. We'd rather you came twice a month than once a year.

Questions

Before you book.

Do you take walk-ins?

The bar seats are kept for walk-ins — 8 of them, first come. Tables are best booked ahead, especially Thursday to Saturday.

Can you handle allergies or vegetarian guests?

Yes. Tell us when you book and the kitchen will adjust. We're not a nut-free kitchen, so please flag severe allergies by phone.

Is there a corkage fee?

$250 per bottle, waived if you buy a bottle from our list.

Do you do large groups?

Up to 8 at one table. For more, we do a set menu on Sundays — email us and we'll send the details.
